Die vorliegende Lyrische Rhapsodie für Waldhorn und Klavier gehört zum Genre der konzertanten Musik.
Die Melodien sind leicht spielbar und auch leicht verständlich. Der Schwierigkeitsgrad des Stückes ist dem Leistungsvermögen von Schülern angepasst. Es eignet sich besonders für Musikwettbewerbe.

Es gibt zwei verschiedene Ausgaben:
Waldhorn und Klavier
Diese Ausgabe, besonders die Hornstimme, ist etwas leichter. Die Klavierstimme ist
auch als Duett mit Horn gedacht. Bestnr. S0638b

Waldhorn und Orgel
Diese Ausgabe ist ein Ton höher und einige Takte länger (als die Klavierausgabe), und
nur auf der Orgel spielbar. Die Waldhornstimme ist etwas schwerer (Cadenz und einige
Takte im Mittelteil). Bestnr. S0638a

Wolfgang Schumann Lyrische Rhapsodie for Horn and Piano

The here present Lyrische Rhapsodie for horn and piano ranks among the genre of
concertant music. The melodies are easily playing and also easily intelligible. The grade
of difficulty of the piece is conform to the efficiency of the pupils. Therefore the piece is
especially suitable for music competitions.

There are two different editions:
Horn and piano
This edition, especially the horn voice is slightly easier. The voice of piano is trought to
be a duett with horn. Ordernr. S0638b

Horn and organ
This edition is one note higher and some bars longer than the piano edition and only
playable on organ. The horn voice is more difficult (Cadence and some bars in the middle
part of the movement). Ordernr. S0638a
